YMCA Youth Support (YAR) reaches out to out-of-school youth and youth-at-risk with the mission to integrate them back into society through meaningful programmes and activities. YMCA Youth Support (YAR)’s main programme is the Vocational and Soft Skills Programme (VaSSP).

1. Y-Search (Career Guidance Support)

Y-Search is a structured four-session programme designed to equip young individuals with the clarity and job-readiness skills needed to navigate their career journey. Through guided self-discovery and practical career planning, participants will gain the confidence to take meaningful steps toward their future aspirations.

2. Drop-In Services

Our Drop-In Centre provides a safe and welcoming space for youths to connect, unwind, and engage in enriching activities. Whether seeking relaxation, social interaction, or personal growth, visitors can explore a variety of programmestailored to their interests.

3. Y-SPARK

Y-SPARK is a career development programmedesigned for youths aged 13 to 17 who may face challenges transitioning into new environments, adapting to change, or navigating uncertain situations. The programmeaims to build essential career resilience by equipping youth with the skills, mindset, and confidence needed to thrive both academically and in future workplaces.
