First Appointed July 2024 (Co-Opted Director)

Marlene is the Head of the SAF Counselling Centre and Chief Counsellor at MINDEF.

Her contributions to YMCA included serving as a Member of the YMCA Project Bridge Committee (May 2018 to May 2020); Member of the Programmes Committee since May 2020; and as Co-Opted Director on YMCA Board (July 2024 to May 2025).

Additionally, Marlene is a Member of the Family Life Ministry at Covenant Community Methodist Church, which she attends. She also serves as a Member of the Review Board (Children and Young Persons) for the Ministry of Social and Family Development.
