Joshua is the Head of Portfolio Management, Singapore at Lombard Odier. He has close to two decades of investment experience in the capital markets ranging from hedge fund, investment banking and private banking. He was involved in several strategic turnarounds in the data center and private banking industries.

His contributions to the YMCA of Singapore include serving as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee since 2019, chair of the Fundraising Committee since 2023, and Board Director since 2021.

Additionally, Joshua is a member of the Investment Committee for World YMCA, and chair of the Finance and Investment Committee for Sengkang Town Council. He also contributes to other youth development causes.
