Gideon Yap is a Partner at Martin & Partners LLP, a disputes‑focused law firm. He has appeared before all levels of court in Singapore in a number of complex, high‑value disputes. He also maintains an active probate and wills practice, where he advises clients on family and legacy planning. In addition to his legal practice, Gideon instructs with the NUS Faculty of Law for the Legal Analysis, Skills and Communication core module. Gideon is a co‑opted Board Member of the YMCA. Beyond his contributions to the YMCA, he regularly advises churches, Institutions of a Public Character (IPCs), and community organisations.
