Ms Guo Weimin is the Director of Education Services at YMCA of Singapore. She provides leadership and oversight for the design, delivery, and quality of learning programmes across the Kindergarten Care Centre, Student Care Centre, and YMCA Learning Care Centre. She joined YMCA of Singapore in September 2016 as Head of Student Care and has since taken on a broader leadership role in developing and evolving the organisation’s education services. Before joining YMCA, Weimin was an Assurance Manager at one of the Big 4 accounting firms in Singapore. Working with clients across a wide range of industries gave her valuable exposure to diverse stakeholders and organisational challenges, which helped shape her professional approach and leadership skills. The experience also reinforced her belief in the value of every individual and strengthened her commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of those she works with. Weimin is committed to delivering high-quality service and learning programmes that nurture children’s development and support their holistic growth. Through her leadership, she contributes to YMCA's efforts to create meaningful learning experiences and strengthen its positive impact on children and their families.
