Chief Executive Officer, Presight

Thomas Pramotedham is a technology and business leader recognised for advancing digital transformation and the responsible application of artificial intelligence in shaping modern economies. He serves as Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors at Presight, an AI and analytics company listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange and recognised among the Middle East’s Top 100 Most Valuable Companies, with operations spanning 19 countries across the Middle East, Central Asia, South East Asia and Africa.

Under his leadership, Presight has developed a strong reputation for translating advanced technologies into practical, scalable, and measurable outcomes. He established the company’s “applied intelligence” philosophy and has driven initiatives such as the Presight AI Fund and AI Startup Accelerator, positioning the organisation as a long-term contributor to AI ecosystem development.

Thomas brings governance experience through board roles in international entities spanning across the energy and public sectors. These roles reflect his expertiserience in cross-border partnerships, institutional collaboration, and the oversight of large-scale, multi-stakeholder transformation programmes.

Prior to his current role, he held senior leadership positions within G42, contributing to strategic initiatives that have supported the UAE’s emergence as a global digital transformation hub. Earlier, as CEO of Esri Singapore, he played a role in advancing Singapore’s Smart Nation programme through the deployment of geospatial technologies.

Thomas began his community journey with the YMCA of Singapore in 2011 as a volunteer, and subsequently servinged on the IT Committee ands well as Youth For Causes committees, before being appointed to the Board in 2017. His longstanding involvement reflects a sustained commitment to youth development, civic engagement, and community building.

He has been recognised among Forbes Middle East’s Top Tech CEOs (2026), named an Inc. Arabia Gamechanger, and listed among the Middle East’s Technology Power Players (2025)—recognition that reflects both his leadership and the broader impact of the organisations he represents.

Thomas brings to the YMCA Board a combination of governance experience, international perspective, and a long-standing commitment to youth development. His ability to bridge institutional leadership with community impact positions him to contribute meaningfully to the organisation’s continued growth and relevance.
