Mr Jeffrey Lee joined YMCA of Singapore as General Manager (Corporate Services) on 1 July 2026, bringing more than 40 years of senior leadership experience across finance, information technology and corporate services in large organisations and multinational corporations. In his role, he draws on his extensive experience to support the organisation’s corporate functions and contribute to its continued development. A Chartered Accountant by training, Jeffrey holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Australia and is a certified Executive Coach. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong passion for guiding organisational transformation and driving positive change. He is equally committed to supporting people in their growth, helping them realise their full potential and empowering them to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Beyond his professional commitments, Jeffrey enjoys trekking, travelling and meditation, reflecting his interest in exploration, personal growth and well-being.
