YMCA-NUS Business School Volunteer Service Management Programme

The YMCA-NUS Business School Volunteer Service Management Programme (VSMP) is a professional certificate course that equips volunteers and staff of non-profit organisations with skills and knowledge to implement community service programmes with excellence.

Introduced in 2007, it was a first in the social service sector that featured the collaboration between a Social Service Agency and a local premier university to offer a certification programme.

The VSMP is a comprehensive all-in-one management course conducted by lecturers from both YMCA and NUS Business School, and facilitated by NUS Business School Alumni members.
